Phonephreaking

Adam Croce a.k.a. Broken Strings, one of the last remaining visionary musicians with a landline called KDVS's Phonin It In a little while ago and delivered a set of wonderful new, old songs , readings and construction worker jam-session day-dreams. The phoneline kind of suits Adam, reminds us of all the ebullient and heartbreaking phone conversations of yore- pacing in circles, asking people out splitting up making plans etc. FYI Adam and I talked on the phone for about a two-hours a day when we first met, like 15 years ago, setting up the one and only Aragon-a-palooza, talking shit, and comparing notes on the new Jacob Ham single.
