Our very own GLASSER is playing a rare L.A. show at the Bootleg Theater tomorrow. She’ll be backed up by Van Rivers & The Subliminal Kid (otherwise known as the producers behind Fever Ray and the new Blonde Redhead). GLASSER wont be playing in L.A. for some time as she completes her forthcoming album and prepares for more European and U.S. touring. Her live show is incredible as we can attest from the recent XX tour dates she did in the UK. Will be a special night. The Samps opening up.

The world’s best post-pop magician Glasser brought her chops to the UK today with a show in London. She’s accompanied by Van Rivers and the Subliminal Kid, aka Fever Ray’s band and producers on this set of shows opening up for the XX. The short stint ends next Saturday back in London with a spot at Cargo with Memory Tapes.

While I was in Spain I got to meet and have dinner with the incredible John Talabot. Dude is a wizard and magician. He made an incredible remix of “Learn” for the Glasser Apply EP last year.

He mentioned that some DJ’s have been looking for a high-quality version of the track to play out. Since the 12″ is now totally sold out, and Glasser is recording tracks for an all new album due this summer we said “what the hell”. So in that spirit, here’s the track as a 320k file. In our humble opinion it wins the Glassmmy/Gramsser for Top 3 Glasser remixes.
