True Panther SXSW showdown

We’re pretty goddamn stoked and honored to announce this year’s True Panther showcase for SXSW. No official stuff or badges or RSVP’s, just good music free and open to the public for more hours than one would think is humanly possible. We’ve got 2 stages so break times will be short and a dj after the live shows are over. The line-up is bands we’ve done records with, bands we are doing records with, or bands we’re just plain big fans of. As always, family vibe is so strong live long bang a gong get it on, etc!!!!!!! Also, try not to freak out but we’re going to have a… Read More

Lemonade left San Francisco right before the release of their debut album to Brooklyn, NY, where they moved into a windowless clubhouse, and found a practice space in the basement of an abandoned Catholic school. The toured for almost all of 2009, playing everything between massive festival stages, and d.i.y. warehouse shows.

The resulting Pure Moods EP is an utterly unique take on electronic dance music. Leaner, more focused and melodic than their debut. The EP incorporates diverse strands of… Read More
